Factor Desenvolvimento works as a huge laboratory of creative energy capable of generating original processes of development in the most diverse areas: culture, health, education, environment, or scientific research.
Through the conception, implementation and coordination of territorial strategic plans, and by carrying out and promoting creative, cultural, and social, activities, and through the establishment of privileged networks between the private and public sectors, Factor Desenvolvimento set out to define new models of economical and social development.

The purposes of the activities of Factor Desenvolvimento are, on the one hand, to lead the intervention of creativity to the different sectors of civil society in order to contribute to, and lead in a responsible way the deep social changes that are currently taking place; and on the other hand, to promote projects favourable to territorial competitiveness, placing its areas of intervention on an international platform of reference

Mission

Factor Desenvolvimento was started up in 2009 with the aim of encouraging processes of responsible transformation of society that may develop ideas and innovative projects favourable to the integrated development of a territory as well as to its economical and social growth.

Vision

This enterpreneurial project was inspired in the idea that the quality of life, in terms of a social context, is one of the indispensable keys to accede to the economical development of a territory.
The capacity of innovating and developing a country, in a global scenery more and more influenced by competitiveness, cannot renounce the presence of a territorial system, socially and culturally advanced, which allows that country to attract and establish human capital.
This way, Factor Desenvolvimento recognizes the necessity of promoting ideas and innovative projects in the main areas that interfere in the social quality: education, culture, environment, health, welfare and security.
